Create Workflow

Workflows play a crucial role in managing essential processes. A workflow consists of a series of actions designed to be executed, often depending on the lead's stage in the process. To achieve various objectives, you may need to create interconnected workflows.

Select a Template

Once you choose any of the templates below, click on the "create new workflow" icon to initiate the construction of your workflow.

  • Import from Campaign: Selecting this template allows you to pick from an existing campaign and import all the steps into a workflow.
  • Start from Scratch: Choosing this template enables you to create a workflow from the beginning, providing a clean slate for your automation with the option to add your own triggers and actions.

Create Folder

Creating folders can significantly aid in organizing each workflow for leads transitioning between stages. After completing these steps, setting up a folder becomes simpler with just a click of the New Folder button at the top right corner of your screen.

By creating a folder, you can develop multiple workflows for specific objectives. However, to accomplish those objectives, a series of workflows must be created to guide each lead from one stage to another. In essence, having a folder facilitates organizational efficiency when guiding leads through different stages.

Naming a Folder

After clicking the button, a popup appears for you to name your new folder. Once you've typed in your new folder name, click the green save button to create the folder.

Folder Details

Click on the created folder to access the Folder details. You will find:

  • Folder's name
  • Status
  • Total number of enrolled
  • The active enrolled
  • The date and time of the last update
  • The date and time the workflow was created.

Action

  • Edit Workflow: This is where you can edit your workflows. More details on editing workflows can be found here.
  • Open in New Tab: Click here to open the workflow in a new window tab.
  • Draft Workflow: Click here to switch a Published workflow back to Draft mode.
  • Move to Folder: Click to move the workflow to a folder.
  • Duplicate Workflow: This button allows you to clone the workflow.
  • Delete Workflow: This button allows you to delete the workflow.
