Workflow Builder Overview

Workflow Builder Overview

Workflow is a sequence of tasks triggered by a specific event. For instance, when a lead expresses interest in your product, actions such as sending additional business information or a text message need to be taken. Automation facilitates the creation of predefined actions for the system to execute upon the occurrence of a specific event. This streamlines business processes, saves time, and enhances overall business efficiency.

Create Folder

To establish a folder within your workflow, click the "Create Folder" button and provide a name. Select the blue "Create" button to observe the folder in your workflow list.

Filter by Recent or List

You can organize your workflow list by toggling the filter to either recent or list. The recent filter displays the list from the latest update to the oldest, while the list filter arranges it with folders first and then alphabetically.

Filter by Search Bar

The search bar simplifies locating a specific workflow recipe or folder. No more wasting time scrolling through numerous results – a quick search grants access to the desired workflow or folder. Try the search bar for efficient navigation through the list.

Filter by Status

Filter your workflows by status to view all, draft, or published campaigns. This aids in identifying workflows in draft mode, those not yet published, or viewing currently active campaigns in your CRM.
