Editing Workflow Trigger Names

While creating a workflow trigger, users have the flexibility to name the trigger title as per their preference. This functionality enhances workflow organization, enabling users to quickly identify and locate specific triggers. Users are free to choose any name aligning with their naming conventions, simplifying the management of multiple workflows within the platform.

Changing Workflow Trigger Type

The "Choose a Workflow Trigger" feature empowers users to select the trigger type assigned to a workflow. Various trigger types, categorized within your CRM system, include:

Adding Workflow Trigger Filters

The platform's Filters feature enables users to apply a specific trigger to a workflow. Without a filter, the workflow will trigger the default behavior. Each workflow trigger has its filter, accessible by clicking on the filter icon below the relevant trigger. Users can then choose from the available filter options specific to that particular workflow trigger, allowing businesses to tailor their workflows to unique requirements.

To commence building a workflow, click on the "Add New Workflow Trigger" icon. This feature facilitates the quick and easy creation of a new workflow by selecting the appropriate trigger and configuring its desired actions. Users can further customize the workflow after adding a trigger by applying filters and making other modifications.
