| New Lead Pipeline | Responded to SMS | Currently, the bot does not have the ability to set an appointment via text. There are automated texts that go out to leads via a campaign workflow that includes text and call. If a lead responds to a text (even if the response is STOP), they will not be called by the bot again and not automatically texted again. We recommend that you keep this stage empty as best as you can. If they say STOP: Move them to the lost stage |
| New Lead Pipeline | APPT SET! | The opportunity will only sit in here for a few minutes then get moved to the appropriate pipeline (Seller Pipeline or Buyer Pipeline). You will get an email letting you know an appointment was set! Please check your spam because sometimes these emails end up in spam. |
| New Lead Pipeline | Follow Up | These leads have made contact with the bot, but a follow up was requested or the lead just needs some nurturing. We have prebuilt campaigns setup for each type of lead that goes through months of call and automated text nurture. We recommend you try to set the appointment as well! If you are able to do that, please move the opportunity to the Appt Set stage so the lead exits the automation. |
| New Lead Pipeline | Buyer Lead | This stage functions as a queue for the bot. |
| New Lead Pipeline | Seller Lead | This stage functions as a queue for the bot. |
| New Lead Pipeline | Audit | Unfortunately the bot is not perfect. Sometimes it doesn't understand if the lead is asking for an appointment, saying they have an existing listing agreement, is a lost lead, etc. We recommend you evaluate this lead and move it to the correct stage! |
| New Lead Pipeline | Lost | This lead is simply lost. The most common scenario for being placed here is them asking not to be contacted again. They are removed from all campaigns and contact in this stage. |
| Seller Pipeline | Seller Hand Raise | This is considered an appointment! You will receive an email notification. Please check your spam because sometimes these emails end up in spam. Please keep in mind that the bot is not perfect and this could be a very strong opportunity for an appointment or a set appointment. Call this lead ASAP to start developing the relationship. |
| Buyer Pipeline | Buyer Hand Raise | This is considered an appointment! You will receive an email notification. Please check your spam because sometimes these emails end up in spam. Please keep in mind that the bot is not perfect and this could be a very strong opportunity for an appointment or a set appointment. Call this lead ASAP to start developing the relationship. |
