Adding and Editing Pipelines

Opportunity Pipelines

To make the most of your opportunities in this CRM, don't overlook the Pipelines tab. This section empowers you to create, manage, and organize pipelines for optimal profitability.

We recommend exploring the Opportunities tab after reviewing this guide to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire system.

NOTE: Depending on your user permissions, access to certain components may be restricted.

Pipeline List

Upon accessing this page, you'll find a comprehensive list of all created pipelines.

Edit Pipeline

To edit a pipeline, click the pencil icon to the far right. A popup will appear, allowing you to update the pipeline's name and stages.

Delete Pipeline

To remove a pipeline, click the trashcan icon below. Remember, once deleted, a pipeline is gone forever!

Create New Pipeline

Initiate a new pipeline by clicking the green "Create New Pipeline" button at the top right of the page.

Pipeline Name

When creating a new pipeline, assign names based on their purpose or the source of leads. Examples include "Google Ads," "Facebook Ads," and "Website Leads."

Stage Name

Pipeline stages represent steps in the process. Name stages according to the progress of your leads, such as "New lead," "Registered," or "Paid."

+ Add Stage

When ready to add a new stage, click this button and provide a suitable name.

Stage Funnel Chart: Show/Hide

Toggle whether to display the stage in CRM dashboard funnel charts for reporting or hide it by clicking this button.

Stage Pie Chart: Show/Hide

Choose to show or hide the stage in CRM dashboard pie charts for reporting purposes by toggling this button.

Actions

Pipeline Pie Chart: Show/Hide

Decide whether to display the pipeline in CRM dashboard pie charts for reporting purposes or hide it by toggling this button.

Pipeline Funnel Chart: Show/Hide

Choose whether to show the pipeline in CRM dashboard funnel charts for reporting purposes by toggling this button.

Delete Stage

Remove a stage by clicking the garbage can icon. Keep in mind that deleting a stage is a permanent action.
