Go To Event (action)

Go To Event (action)

To PUBLISH workflows, it is essential to establish both a workflow trigger and a workflow action. Without both components, you can only save the workflow without the option to publish it.

In the realm of Workflows, the Go-To event streamlines the process of transitioning contacts from one event to another. The Go To option proves valuable in complex workflows with multiple branches, enabling customers to seamlessly progress to the next step without duplicating numerous workflow actions.

Connect Dots

Users have the flexibility to create a path by either dragging the light green dot to a desired dark green dot or simply clicking on the preferred dark green dot. This action automatically generates the path.

Created Path

Paths can be established by manually dragging the light green dot to the intended dark green dot or directly clicking on the target dark green dot for an automatic path creation.

Once the dots are connected, the path forms, and contacts reaching the GoTo step will effortlessly transition to the target event connected by the dotted line. For instance, contacts will directly move to the Remove Contact tag action upon reaching the GoTo step.

Delete Path

To eliminate a path, users can click on the pink unlink icon and choose the 'Remove path' option.
