Within this section, you have the capability to review the statistics related to Email campaigns conducted by individual agents or CRM users.

In the Email segment, you can analyze the metrics associated with email campaigns executed by each agent or user. This encompasses a comprehensive overview of the overall email count, accompanied by percentages that represent various crucial performance indicators, such as Sent, Opened, Clicked, and Replied rates. This data enables you to evaluate the effectiveness and engagement level of your team's email campaigns.

Sent

The Sent category presents both the quantity and percentage of emails dispatched by a user during a specified time frame.

Opened

The Opened category indicates the total count and corresponding percentage of emails successfully opened by their intended recipients.

Clicked

The Clicked category unveils the quantity and proportion of recipients who actively engaged with the email by clicking on the embedded link(s) within the message.

Replied

The Replied category highlights the total number and corresponding percentage of responses acquired from recipients in relation to the email campaign.
