When naming your template, it's crucial to follow specific conventions. This will make it easier for you and your team to quickly find the right template when needed.
To make your email template easily identifiable for your clients, click on the 'Subject' box located below the template title. This allows you to set an appropriate subject for your selected message.
In the body section of the template, you can type in your desired message. For a more personalized touch, you can add custom values and trigger links by using the associated dropdown menus at the top of the box.
If you want to include a file from your computer or device in your email template, simply click on the paperclip icon located at the bottom left near the template text. This feature allows you to easily send images, documents, and other files alongside your message content.
To get a preview of how your email template will appear on mobile devices, focus your attention on the right portion of the screen. This section displays the content of your template, including the body text values and any attached files.
Before finalizing your template, it's a good practice to test it. Fill in the 'From' and 'To' email addresses in the corresponding boxes under the message body. Then, click the green 'Send Test' button. Don't forget to save your changes by clicking the green 'Save' button at the bottom right of the template body box when you're satisfied.
