Math Operation (action)

Integrating the math operation into the workflow ensures smooth handling of these calculations.
Select Fields
Under the Select Fields option, various choices are available for executing math operations.
Action Name - You can assign a name to the operation or leave it blank, aiding in identifying the workflow's purpose.
Standard fields - These fields are suitable for math operations involving dates. For instance, automating tasks a specific number of days before a client's birthday.
Custom Field - This section displays all custom fields created within your CRM, offering the flexibility to choose them for expected math operations.
Date Of Birth Operation
The Date Of Birth Operation feature allows users to set up workflows for actions before or after a client's birthday by a specified number of days. This facilitates offering birthday discounts and initiating marketing campaigns days before the actual birthday.
Days - Input the number of days as per your requirements.
Months - Input the number of months as per your requirements.
Years - Input the number of years as per your requirements.
Operations
Users can choose the desired math operation from the dropdown menu, including addition, division, multiplication, and subtraction.
Add - Employ this for addition.
Divide - Utilize this for mathematical division.
Multiply - Opt for this for multiplication.
Subtract - Select this for subtraction.
Value
The Value field can be filled with the necessary value to perform the math operation.
Custom Value
This icon permits the selection of custom values created within the system.
Delete Operation
To eliminate an operation, users can click on the Delete Operation button.
Add Operator
For creating multiple operations based on one or more conditions, users can utilize the "Add Operator" option.
Update Field
After the math operation, users can choose the desired field to update from the Update Field dropdown menu.
