How To Add Multiple Contacts To A Campaign / Workflow

Efficiently adding individual or multiple contacts to a specific marketing campaign or workflow is quick and straightforward. Begin by selecting your desired contacts. Locate the 'Add to Campaigns/Workflows' button adorned with a distinctive robot icon for easy identification. With a simple click of the button, you can include your chosen contacts in significantly less time than previously required. Enhance your efficiency in managing campaigns and workflows by utilizing this time-saving feature!

NOTE: Keep in mind that the actions will unfold gradually. You can monitor the progress on the bulk actions page.

Selecting Your Campaign/Workflow

Choose the workflow to which you want to add your contact(s) from the dropdown menu. Once selected, opt to add contacts all at once, schedule them for a specific time, or add them in drip mode. To learn more about workflows, click here: Workflows.​

Add all at once

By activating the 'Add all at Once' option, you can promptly add all your selected contacts to the chosen campaign.

Add all at a scheduled time

When you enable the 'Add all at a scheduled time' feature, you can schedule all selected contacts to be added to the specified campaign at a predetermined time and date.

Start On

Choose the date and time when you want to schedule the addition of your contacts to the campaign.

Add in drip mode

Batch Quantity

Specify the batch quantity, i.e., the number of contacts you wish to send per batch.

Repeat After

Determine the interval at which the action should be repeated, ranging from seconds to days.

Send On

Select the day(s) of the week for sending the batch.

The process between hours (optional)

Choose the time duration for initiating and concluding the process.

Action

Enter the name that best describes this action. This description will be visible in the tracking report. Ensure the name is recognizable for easy retrieval in the tracking reports.
