CRM Document Management

Simplify Document Management for Your Business

Effortlessly handle and share documents with our user-friendly document management system. Tailored to streamline all your business's document-related requirements, documents are categorized into three primary groups:

Internal Documents: These pertain to your contacts and reside within the CRM on the Contact details page. Users with access to the contact can view these documents. Documents added to custom fields are housed in a folder labeled "Custom Fields" in the "Internal" section and cannot be deleted.

Sent to Contact Documents (coming soon): We are currently developing a feature that will enable you to manage documents sent to your contacts.

Received from Contact Documents (coming soon): Another upcoming feature will help you organize documents received from your contacts.

How to Add Documents to Your Contacts

Adding new documents to the internal section is a simple process. Just follow these steps:

Click on "+Add" and select "New File."

Each uploaded document can be up to 250MB in size.

Supported document types include PPT, Docs, PDF, CSV, and various image formats.

Searching for Documents

Locating documents related to your contacts is effortless. Simply search for documents based on their names directly on the contact details page. This feature ensures easy access to specific documents whenever needed.
