Communication Hub

Within this section, you have the tools to effortlessly maintain connections with leads, clients, prospects, and more through messages and emails. Keep yourself updated on all incoming and outgoing communication, including calls, texts, emails, and beyond. If your business also has a social media presence, like integrating your Facebook page or Google My Business Listing, this platform provides another crucial avenue for communication, all conveniently centralized.

Please Note: Depending on your user permissions, access to certain features may be restricted.

Components of this Section

  • Conversation Overview

    In this area, you can view the ongoing conversation with your contact. This section also offers several useful actions:

  • Client's Name: Click on a conversation to view the client's name at the top.
  • Star or Unstar: Easily mark a conversation as starred or unstarred by clicking the 'Mark as Starred' button to the right of the client's name. Simply click once to star it or click again to unstar it.
  • Read or Unread: You can designate a conversation as read or unread by clicking the 'Mark as Read' button to the right of the 'Mark as Starred' button in your client communication. Click once to mark it as read or click again to mark it as unread. Keep track of conversations you want to revisit by marking them as unread. Unread messages can be quickly accessed in the 'Unread' tab. Additionally, you can mark the conversation as read and still access it through the 'Recents' or 'All' tabs.
  • Delete: To remove unnecessary conversations, simply click the 'Delete' button to the far right. However, exercise caution before doing so as deletion is permanent and irreversible.

  • Search Functionality

    Utilize the Search Bar to quickly narrow down your conversation search by entering the desired name.

  • Conversation Sorting

    You have control over how you view your conversations with the filter bar at the top left. You can opt to view unread, recent, starred, or all conversations. When you apply these filters, you will see conversations corresponding to each category.

  • Unread Tab: Click on the 'Unread' tab to access incoming unread messages. This tab also displays messages marked as unread, ensuring you and your team can revisit important messages.
  • Recent Tab: Stay up-to-date on your most recent conversations by clicking the 'Recents' tab. Here, you can easily check in on the latest discussions to ensure nothing is overlooked.
  • All Tab: Click the 'All' tab to view all your conversations, including those with your clients. You can scroll down to see more conversations or use the search bar to quickly locate inbound and outbound conversations with your clients.
  • Starred Tab: By clicking the 'Starred' tab, you can access previously marked important conversations or ones that hold significance for you and your team.

  • Conversation History

    Within this section, you'll find a comprehensive record of all interactions between you and a specific contact. Messages are categorized by source or type and accompanied by timestamps for easy organization and reference.
